COVID-19 Testing: If you have a primary care provider, call the office for testing questions and next steps. Testing at Community drive-thru tents is ONLY available with a provider order (see tent testing info). COVID-19 testing is available at MedChecks and Community Clinic at Walgreens during scheduled visits as part of an evaluation (walk-ins not accepted).

Community Health Network offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program that provides employees opportunities for professional development, continuing education and skills training. Benefits include free academic advising, access to college and university discounts, and employee tuition/certification reimbursement*.
*Up to $4,000 for master-level degree programs and up to $2,000 for undergraduate degrees per calendar year. Some certifications are also eligible for reimbursement up to $1,250 per calendar year.
